PRIVACY NOTICE
(CANDIDATES)

Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, this Privacy Notice is issued under the following terms:

• IDENTITY AND ADDRESS OF THE CONTROLLER

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, JB FUTURO, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Etobe), is responsible for the protection and processing of your personal data, which may be contacted via email at derechosarco@etobe.mx, with address at Avenida Rio Mayo #200 Colonia Vista Hermosa, Local 2 Citi Plaza, C.P. 62290, Cuernavaca, Morelos.

• PRIMARY PURPOSES
The personal data of the owner, which we may collect, and unless the owner provides otherwise through the means described in this Privacy Notice, will be treated and protected under strict confidentiality by the Responsible Party and will be used to contact you, to let you know about possible employment opportunities through our platform, to be shared with other candidates, to be contacted by public or private companies and/or institutions, educational institutions, legal entities, individuals and/or human talent recruiters, so that all the information you provide in your curriculum vitae (CV) and in the form, can be shared with advertising media, such as magazines, internet pages, newspapers or any social network, third parties interested in hiring your services, to apply and create profiles of job candidates, keep our databases updated, as well as with people who view the news section of the page.

In the event that the owner of personal data considers that the processing of said personal data is not in accordance with the purposes described, he/she will have a period of five business days to express his/her refusal to process his/her personal data, if applicable, for the purposes that he/she does not consider necessary.

• SECONDARY PURPOSES

Secondarily, we will use your data to:

• Notify you about new services.
• Prepare and publish statistics.
• Users’ web browsing preferences.
• Send you advertising.
• Analyze and publish success stories along with their image.
• Include them in our social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok or X, as well as in the community e-tobe and its affiliated companies
• Send you newsletters and news of interest.
• Send you messages via your cell phone.
• Notify you when there is an interaction on your profile with another user of the platform.

The refusal to use your personal data for these secondary purposes cannot be the reason for us to deny you the services you request or contract with us.

PERSONAL DATA
The personal data that we will collect will be identification, contact, work and academic data.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
The Controller will not collect sensitive personal data and the owner will not provide sensitive personal data such as: racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions and sexual preference.

TRANSFER
Your personal data may be transferred and processed by (i) affiliate or subsidiary companies, (ii) public or private companies and/or institutions that have access to the page e-tobe www.etobe.mx looking for human talent (iii) a “mailing” platform provider (email) (iv) extreme auditors (legal and accounting); (v) providers that operate with the Responsible some type of software and any IT infrastructure that serves as a platform to keep your data updated and protected; (vi) providers that safeguard the original documents in an electronic file; (vii) legal service providers to defend the Responsible, from any legal controversy that may arise.

The authorization of the Owner in accordance with this section, authorizes the Responsible and/or its Managers to transmit Personal Data of the Owner to said providers, in the understanding that the latter are obliged through the corresponding contracts, to maintain the confidentiality of the Personal Data provided by the Responsible and/or its Managers and to observe this Privacy Notice.

The Controller undertakes not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in the Federal Law on Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, as well as to carry out this transfer under the terms established by said regulations.

I do not consent to my personal data being transferred.
In the event that we do not obtain an express objection from you for your personal data to be transferred in the manner and terms described above, we will understand that you have tacitly given your consent to do so.

RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

• REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using them. To do so, you must submit your request in writing in accordance with the FORMAT TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS, which is available on our website www.etobe.mx by submitting the respective request that must be sent to the email address derechosarco@etobe.mx.
However, it is important that you keep in mind that we will not be able to attend to your request or terminate the use immediately in all cases, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we may require to continue processing your personal data.
Within a maximum period of twenty business days, we will attend to your request and inform you of its provenance.

• USE OF “COOKIES” AND “WEB BEACONS”
In order to improve the experience of its users on any of the Internet sites, the Controller may use “cookies” and/or “web beacons”.

“Cookies” are text files that are automatically downloaded and stored on the hard drive of the user’s computer when browsing an Internet page to remember some data about this user, including their preferences for viewing the pages on that server, name and password.

On the other hand, “web beacons” are images inserted in an Internet page or email, which can be used to monitor the behavior of a visitor, such as storing information about the user’s IP address, duration of interaction time on said page and the type of browser used, among others.

be alert for possible changes to this Privacy Notice.

• IMPROPER TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated by any conduct on the part of the Controller, or in its actions or responses, and you suspect that in the processing of your personal data there is a violation of the provisions set forth in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file the corresponding complaint or claim with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
